Good Lord, I have a stiff neck! It's been three days now. I can't look up or down, nor can I turn left or right without cringing in pain. Arrggh!Oh by the way, the potrait on the left is of St. Andrew, patron saint of Scotland AND stiff necks.

Praying to St. Andrew to interecede to cure for your stiff neck? Hmm...err..may I suggest a good neck massage instead :P Anyway..how did that happen.....hopefully not during the retreat or maybe its from watching the Omen hahaha...anyway..hope you get better soon.
